Refund/Exchange Policy
Because all items are customized for each customer, we do not give refunds/exchanges. 


Damaged/Wrong Items
We do our best to ensure that your items are in top-notch shape and packaged correctly with much care to ensure it arrives to you safely and as they should be.  However, if you receive the wrong item/wrong size item please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. 

Shipping Policy
The turnaround time is currently 4 to 6 weeks for shoes & tumblers and 2 to 3 weeks for tote bags.  Please be patient with us as we work as swiftly as possible to get your items to you.

We currently use USPS for all shipping.  Please know that once a package is shipped, we have no control over what happens with it.  Please contact USPS to file a claim if you do not receive your package.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
